Erin Gumm serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Commpliance Group, Inc., a leading firm specializing in telecommunications regulatory compliance. With a robust career spanning over two decades, she brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to the organization.

Prior to assuming the CEO role in January 2022, Ms. Gumm served as the Director of Operations at Marashlian & Donahue, PLLC & The Commpliance Group, Inc. for nearly 13 years. In this position, she was instrumental in streamlining business processes and enhancing operational efficiencies, significantly contributing to the firm’s growth and success.

Before joining The Commpliance Group, Inc., Ms. Gumm held the position of Manager of Internal Audit Services at Deloitte & Touche, LLP from February 2001 to April 2009. During her tenure at Deloitte, she led numerous high-profile projects, focusing on enterprise risk management, internal controls, and information technology controls.
