Tom has successfully guided numerous companies through the FCC’s regulatory framework, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal exposure. His ability to develop comprehensive compliance programs tailored to clients’ specific needs has proven invaluable. Tom’s proactive approach helps clients anticipate regulatory changes and address potential issues before they escalate.
Tom’s career includes significant tenures at Inteserra (formerly Technologies Management, Inc.) and ALLTEL (now Windstream). At Inteserra, Tom was instrumental in guiding clients through nationwide certification as IXCs, CLECs, and VoIP providers. He developed key resources such as the Switched Access Study and Rates Database, enhancing clients’ understanding of regulatory requirements and facilitating smoother market entries.
Prior to his work at Inteserra, Tom spent eleven years with ALLTEL, where he held various roles, including Senior Engineer in Network Planning and Plant Supervisor. His diverse background in both engineering and regulatory compliance provides him with a unique perspective on the telecommunications industry.
Tom holds a B.S. from Waynesburg College, graduating in 1980. His academic background, combined with his extensive industry experience, equips him with the skills necessary to provide top-notch consulting services.
