The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau issued an Order adopting a Consent Decree between it and Vast Communications, an “audio-bridging” service provider that allegedly failed to register and remit Form 499s and various contributions following the InterCall Order.  The Consent Decree resolves and terminates the FCC’s investigation into Vast’s compliance with FCC rules.  Vast agreed to make a voluntary contribution to the U.S Treasury in the amount of $90,000.  Vast also paid all prior period contributions owed to the USF, TRS and other FCC programs since it began providing audio-bridging services in February 2009.
