2008 FCC Form 499–A – (2007 Revenue Report) – Due April 1, 2008

As a Registered ITSP and holder of a 499 Filer ID your company is required to file its 2008 FCC Form 499-A (Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet) and report revenue derived from all services and products subject to FCC regulations during 2007 on or before April 1, 2008. Even if your company did not derive any revenue from interstate telecommunications or Interconnected VoIP services until 2008 or if you were “de minimis” in 2007 or prior years, you are still required to file the 2008 Form 499-A if you obtained your USAC 499 Filer ID prior to December 1, 2007. The Form 499-A is due on April 1, 2008.
