Representative Experience
Tom’s career includes significant tenures at Inteserra (formerly Technologies Management, Inc.) and ALLTEL (now Windstream). At Inteserra, Tom was instrumental in guiding clients through nationwide certification as IXCs, CLECs, and VoIP providers. He developed key resources such as the Switched Access Study and Rates Database, enhancing clients’ understanding of regulatory requirements and facilitating smoother market entries.
Prior to his work at Inteserra, Tom spent eleven years with ALLTEL, where he held various roles, including Senior Engineer in Network Planning and Plant Supervisor. His diverse background in both engineering and regulatory compliance provides him with a unique perspective on the telecommunications industry.
